THESE CIRCLES ARE A NURTURING SPACE WHERE YOU CAN CONNECT, GROW, AND LEARN—ALONGSIDE YOUR BABY AND A COMMUNITY OF OTHER MOTHERS.

Based on the bestselling book The Nurture Revolution by neuroscientist Dr. Greer Kirshenbaum, this 8-week group offers science-backed education, practical tools, and supportive practices to help you nurture your baby and your own evolving parental brain—for lifelong mental health.

Your baby's brain goes through astonishing development starting in utero and continuing into the first three years of life. The nurture they receive during this time lays the foundation for emotional wellbeing that lasts a lifetime.

As a mother, your brain is also undergoing profound transformation as part of matrescence. During pregnancy and your baby's early years, your brain is especially open to change. By nurturing your baby and receiving nurture yourself, you're supporting both of your mental health journeys in powerful and lasting ways.

This Mom & Baby Circle is how an ancient practice comes alive in a modern form: women sitting together around a virtual campfire, raising their babies while absorbing wisdom, love, and the support of a caring community.

By the end of this journey, you'll move through early parenthood with more ease and presence, learn how to lean into your intuition, and carry forward a sense of balance, connection, and resilience that will ripple through your life and your child's life long after the circle ends.

Who is it for?

Mothers with babies aged 0-6 months (or precrawling) who want to connect more deeply with themselves, their babies, and other mothers in a safe, supportive space.

How does it work?

We'll meet weekly for 8 weeks in a 90-minute circle. We will meet online via Google Meet. Each session includes:

  • Gentle nervous system care for you as a mother
  • Bonding and connection activities for you and your baby
  • Science-based learning about infant brain development and your own changing parental brain
  • Practical, nurturing tools that support lifelong mental health for you and your baby

Topics Covered

Over the 8 weeks we will cover these topics:

Week 1 – Infant Brain Development

Understand your baby's rapidly growing brain and how to support it. We'll show you why these early days are so crucial for the lifelong well-being of your little one.

Week 2 – Parent Brain Development

Explore your own evolving parental brain. Feel clarity and calm, even when your coffee is cold and the laundry hasn't folded itself, bringing more ease into your family's daily life.

Week 3 – Nurtured Presence

Learn practices to slow down and be fully present. Feel grounded and joyful, savoring small moments with your baby without obsessing over shoulds and musts, and Instagram-perfect parenting.

Week 4 – Emotions and Needs

Understand what your emotions are really telling you and gain confidence in recognizing and meeting your own needs. Leave behind the pressure to be a zen parent 24/7 and instead feel like a capable, compassionate parent, modeling emotional awareness for your child while practicing it in real time.

Week 5 – Nurturing Infant Stress

Embrace compassion and love as you guide your baby through their emotions, serving as their "external brain" during moments of tenderness. Perhaps one of our most valuable sessions, it gives you a window into your baby's inner world and shows you exactly how to be present, nurturing their emotional growth and helping their brain flourish.

Week 6 – Growing SPACE

Create mental and emotional space for both of you. Feel light, centered, and in harmony, turning vulnerable moments into mindful, connected interactions.

Week 7 – Feeling Two Opposite Emotions

Accept and embrace complex emotions with grace - may be the one session you never knew you needed. Feel resilient and self-compassionate as you hold a mix of feelings while navigating the tender, messy, and beautiful moments of early parenthood.

Week 8 – Intuition Practice

Strengthen your intuition as a parent. Feel empowered and trusting, confident in your instincts and decisions. (This is one of our favorite sessions!)
